Sesame Chicken Strips Recipe

This sesame chicken strips recipe gives an opportunity for a little variety to your baked chicken strips. Delicious and the kids will love.
2 teaspoons minced onion
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 cup crushed crackers
1/2 cup sesame seeds
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 cup mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon yellow mustard
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced onion and dry mustard.
In a separate bowl combine crackers and sesame seeds.
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Working with clean hands, cut the chicken breasts lengthwise into 1/4-inch thick strips.
Working in an assembly line, dip the chicken strips into the mayo mixture, then the cracker mixture.
Place the breaded chicken strips in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Using a spoon, drizzle a small amount of butter over each chicken strip.
Transfer the baking sheet to the oven and bake for 15-18 minutes, until chicken is just cooked through.
Meanwhile, combine the ingredients for the dipping sauce.
When chicken is done, serve immediately with sauce on the side for dipping.
