Salmon Cream Cheese Spread Recipe
Here is an easy Creamy Salmon Cream Cheese Spread that you can make up ahead of time, and serve as an appetizer.
1 can (105g) wild pacific salmon
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
1/2 teaspoon salt
*olives and parsley sprigs for garnish
*crackers of your choice
Open the canned salmon and drain out the liquid. If there are bones or dark skin, remove them.
In a mixing bowl, using an electric beater, mix together the salmon, lemon juice, cream cheese and salt until nice and creamy.
Put the mixture into a piping bag. Refrigerate for a few hours.
At serving time, pipe onto the crackers, garnish with an olive and a sprig of parsley.
