Red Smoothie Recipe

This yummy red smoothie is made with raspberries, cherries and is a great smoothie for weight loss.

Ingredients

Serves 2

2 cups milk (2%)
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup frozen black cherries
1 banana, chopped
1 teaspoon honey
ice cubes

Directions

Place all ingredients in blender. Blend on high until smooth. Pour over ice cubes into glasses.

Garnish with extra berries if desired.

Per serving: 10g Protein, 38g Carbohydrate (4g Fiber), 5g Fat (1g MUFA), 227 calories
