Potato Cheese Bake Recipe
A Delicious recipe for potato cheese bake topped with parsley and served with fresh basil leaves.
4 large potatoes, peeled and cut
1 large onion, diced
1/4 cup milk
1 cup cheese, grated
1 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon parsley, chopped fine
basil leaves for garnish
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9 inch baking dish.
Mix together cut potatoes and onions to combine and place into baking dish.
Pour milk into bottom of potatoes and sprinkle salt ans cheese over top.
cover with tin foil and bake 30 minutes, uncover and bake another 10 minutes until cheese is browned.
sprinkle with parsley to serve.
