Magic Lemon Meringue Pie Recipe
The easiest lemon meringue pie recipe you will find.
1 x 9 inch pie shell, baked
1 (14 ounce) cans sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 egg yolks ( whites reserved to make meringue)
Blend milk, juice, and yolks until thick (5 minutes or so).
Pour into pie shell.
In clean bowl, beat egg whites with sugar to taste until thick (stiff peaks).
Cover pie with meringue.
Bake at 350 until meringue is browned slightly.
Chill and serve.
