Fish Tacos Recipe

A Very flavorful recipe for yummy fish tacos.
2 cups leaf lettuce, cut thin
1 large tomato, diced
1/4 cup red onion, diced
2 Tablespoons oil
2 teaspoons taco seasoning
2 Tablespoons vinegar
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon chili sauce
juice of 1 lemon
1/8 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 200 degrees F.
Cut fish into large bite sized pieces.
In a medium sized bowl, combine taco seasoning, lemon, honey and vinegar and mix well.
Add fish and toss to coat. Let marinate 20 minutes.
Heat oil in a large skillet to medium high heat.
Add fish and sauté for about five minutes or until done.
In a medium sized bowl, combine cut up letuce, tomatoes and onions.
In a separate bowl, stir together sour cream, lemon juice, chili sauce and salt.
Heat tortillas in oven until warmed and soft.
Equally divide fish and place on warmed tortillas, Scoop vegetables onto fish.
Top with some dressing.
Fold or roll up tortillas eat.
