Deep Fried Chicken Fingers Recipe

This deep fried chicken finger recipe is going to be considered one of those meals that is a real treat. Serve it with macaroni and cheese and a green salad and watch everything disappear off the plates!
1/2 cup flour
2 teaspoons mixed dried herbs
Salt and pepper
3 cups vegetable oil (for frying)
In a large bowl mix together flour, mixed herbs, salt and pepper.
In separate bowl, beat two eggs.
Pour oil into deep frying pan and turn up to highest heat.
When oil is sizzling, dip each strip of chicken into egg mixture, then coat in flour mixture.
Fry in hot oil, turning regularly until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
