Crock Pot Mac N Cheese Recipe

A crowd pleasing quick and easy mac and cheese recipe that you can make in your crock pot.

Ingredients

4 cups cooked macaroni
2 cups evaporated milk
1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
1 teaspoon salt
2 tbsp onion, minced
1 egg, beated (optional - if you want to thicken it)
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. butter

Directions

Add everything but macaroni and egg to the crock pot, stirring well.

Cover and cook on high for 1 hour, giving it a good stir at least once.

Optional: to thicken your recipe, beat the egg and add to the sauce.

Add cooked macaroni and cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
