Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Balls Recipe

These chocolate peanut butter protein balls are a great snack to make a lot of and have ready in the freezer for when you need that instant energy.
4 Tablespoons honey
2 Tablespoons Cocoa powder
4 Tablespoons chocolate or vanilla protein powder (whey or vegan)
1/4 cup chocolate, melted
1/8 cup coconut shavings
(Makes 8 - 10 balls)
In a medium sized mixing bowl, mix together peanut butter and honey
Add cocoa powder and protein powder.
Scoop about a tablespoon amount and roll the dough into a ball.
Place the protein balls on a serving plate.
Drizzle with melted chocolate and top with a light sprinkle of coconut.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
