Beef And Bean Burrito Recipe

This beef and bean burrito recipes is hearty, filling and mixed with fresh colorful vegetables.
1 1/2 cups cooked black beans
1/2 cup onion, chopped
3/4 cup bell pepper, chopped
1 tomato, diced
1 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons chili powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons dried cilantro
1/4 teaspoon dried chipotle powder
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup corn
2 cups lettuce, chopped
1/4 cup sour cream
In a large frying pan, Brown the ground beef on medium-high heat.
Drain excess fat off.
Add onions, bell peppers, and tomato.
Add salt, and spices. Stir well.
Add black beans.
Add water and allow to simmer for 20 minutes or until water evaporates.
Serve in tortilla wraps with your corn, lettuce and sour cream.
